Job summary

Horizon Media Inc. seeks a Senior HR Technology Lead to partner with People Ops and Finance, driving Workday-driven efficiencies and roadmaps. You will analyze configurations, implement upgrades, and serve as a technical SME across HR modules while ensuring data integrity and smooth deployments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage daily operations and project work, and communicate outcomes clearly. Hybrid New York location with strong focus on analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years Workday experience in a global setting.
• 5+ years of overall professional experience.
• Expert in Workday modules: Recruiting, HCM, Security, Performance.
• Experience with Workday Core Connectors, EIB/DTS, Report Writer, SOAP, Web Services.
• Global implementation experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations and projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Director, People Tech to drive efficiencies and roadmap items.
• Analyze Workday configurations and improve these to leverage capabilities.
• Serve as technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area.
• Ensure data integrity, testing system changes, integration, and reporting.
• Develop standard, custom, and dashboards reports for business needs.
• Support other HR systems with troubleshooting, reporting, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients.
• Manage day-to-day operations while handling project work.
• Maintain attention to detail and strong communication.
