Job summary

Progressive is seeking an associate manager of Workday data operations within HR & Legal Systems. You’ll lead our Workday data operations strategy and guide the evolution of data management and enterprise data solutions, initially managing one business systems consultant.

You’ll collaborate with HR partners in compensation, payroll and benefits, and partner with Corporate HR, Corporate IT and Workday partners to develop scalable models and drive improvements that support the Workday ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in business systems including data ops, integrations, and process design.
• Bachelor's degree plus five+ years in business systems if no degree requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday data operations strategy and governance.
