Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of hands-on HR generalist experience.
• In-house, multi-state compliance experience.
• Experience handling payroll, benefits and compliance personally in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Handle multi‑state compliance tracking and policy updates across employee classifications and pay ranges.
• Address escalated payroll, benefits, and leave questions.
• Review and unblock work of Payroll and HR Administration team members.
• Re‑architect HR ops processes with an AI-native mindset.
• Grow into ownership of day‑to‑day HR operations management over time.
