Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a hands-on HR Operations Lead to own multi-state compliance, policy drafting, and payroll/benefits questions. You will shape processes, draft policies, and partner with teams to ensure accurate, compliant payroll across states.

You'll also drive AI-enabled improvements to reduce busywork and elevate strategic HR decision-making. Ideal candidates have in-house, multi-state experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a track record of delivering practical solutions in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Hands-on, in-house HR generalist experience.
• Multi-state compliance and payroll exposure.
• Policy drafting and benefits administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-state compliance, policy updates and implementation across classifications and pay ranges.
• Handle escalated payroll, benefits, and leave questions requiring experience.
• Review and unblock work of Payroll and HR Administration teams.
• Rearchitect HR ops processes with an AI-native mindset.
• Grow into day-to-day HR operations management over time.
