Job summary

EY is seeking an Operation Coordinator to support HR transactions with limited supervision and provide coaching to junior team members. This role focuses on processing and reviewing complex HR-related activities while upholding EY policies and TEC procedures.

You will engage with EY Recruiting and Talent teams, analyze issues, and escalate discrepancies as needed. The position emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and proactive problem-solving within a diverse, global environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision, following standard TEC procedures.
• Understands the expectations of customers and delivers service that exceeds customer’s needs within department guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs, identifies and resolves issues that impact the delivery of quality service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing the activity and performing necessary and appropriate actions to reach resolution, including non-routine inquiries.
• Use proven judgment and experience in applying concepts and guidelines; follows through on commitments and takes responsibility for results; effectively prioritizes assignments; identifies and proposes solutions for barriers to leadership.
