EY is seeking an Operations Coordinator within the Talent Enablement Center to process and review complex HR transactions with limited supervision. You will coach less experienced teammates and contribute to reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision, following standard TEC procedures.
• Understands customer expectations and delivers service that exceeds needs within department guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs and resolve issues impacting service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Performs duties with limited supervision per established policies.
• Processes and/or reviews complex HR transactions.
• Performs detailed reconciliation and balancing of HR transactions.
• Escalates questions/discrepancies to leadership.
• Proactively contacts EY Recruiting and TEC teams regarding processing issues.
• Identifies and proposes solutions on transaction issues to leadership.
• Prepares and may run reporting as directed.
• Meets production volume and quality standards.
• Assists with special projects as requested.
• Responds to internal/external inquiries to reach resolution.
