Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or related work experience.
• 1–3 years related HR experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions with minimal supervision.
• Understands customer expectations and delivers service beyond needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries to reach resolution.
• Apply judgement and guidelines; prioritise and follow through on commitments.
• Escalate questions or discrepancies and coordinate with team members.
• Prepare and/or run reports as directed and meet production and quality targets.
