Job summary

EY United States is seeking an Operations Coordinator within the Talent Enablement Center to process and review HR transactions with limited supervision. You’ll coach less experienced teammates and ensure accurate reconciliation of HR-related work.

The role emphasizes responsiveness to client needs, strong communication, and proactive collaboration with EY Recruiting and Talent teams. Work is remote nationwide, supporting EY offices and field personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision, following standard TEC procedures.
• Understands the expectations of customers and delivers service that exceeds customer’s needs within department guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs, identifies and resolves issues that impact the delivery of quality service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing the activity and performing necessary and appropriate actions to reach resolution, including non-routine inquiries.
• Use proven judgment and experience in applying concepts and guidelines; follows through on commitments and takes responsibility for results; effectively prioritizes assignments; identifies and proposes solutions for barriers to leadership.
