Job summary

EY is seeking an Operations Coordinator within its Talent Enablement Center to process and review HR transactions with limited supervision. You’ll coach less experienced teammates and ensure accuracy across complex HR activities.

The role emphasizes customer service and collaboration with EY Recruiting or Talent teams. The position offers exposure to diverse HR processes and reporting, with opportunities to contribute to special projects and drive improvements in transaction workflows across

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Approximately 1-3 years related experience preferred.
Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision, following standard TEC procedures.
Understands the expectations of customers and delivers service that exceeds customer’s needs within department guidelines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Anticipate clients’ needs, identifies and resolves issues that impact the delivery of quality service.

Responsibilities

Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing the activity and taking necessary actions to reach resolution, including non-routine inquiries.
Use judgment to apply concepts and guidelines; prioritize assignments; propose solutions for barriers to leadership.
