EY Anywhere in the US is seeking an Operation Coordinator for HR transactions within the Talent Enablement Center. The role supports complex HR processes with limited supervision and coaches less experienced teammates.

You’ll respond to inquiries, perform reconciliations, and escalate discrepancies while collaborating with EY Recruiting and Talent teams to improve processes. The position offers growth, benefits, and a diverse, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of related HR experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external inquiries by analyzing activity and taking appropriate action.
• Perform and reconcile HR transactions with guidance from TEC policies.
