EY Anywhere in the United States seeks an Operation Coordinator to support HR TEC. You will process and review complex HR transactions with limited supervision and provide coaching to less experienced team members as part of a globally connected, diverse workforce.

Responsibilities include detailed reconciliation of HR processes, escalation of discrepancies, reporting, meeting production and quality targets, and contributing to special projects.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1–3 years related HR experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions with minimal supervision.
• Understands customer expectations and delivers service within TEC guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries and reach resolution, including non-routine inquiries.
• Use judgment in applying concepts; prioritize assignments and escalate issues to leadership.
