EY is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support HR transactions in the TEC, across the US with limited supervision and a focus on accuracy and process improvement. The role involves reviewing complex HR transactions and reconciling HR data, while coaching newer team members.

You will respond to internal and external inquiries, apply sound judgment, prioritize duties, and collaborate with EY Recruiting and Talent teams.
