Crunch Fitness is seeking an HR and Operations Admin Coordinator to support three departments: Human Resources, Club Operations, and Club Systems Administration. This role maintains accurate employee records, assists with onboarding, and ensures compliance with company policies while fostering a collaborative, confidential environment.

The candidate should be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to communicate clearly across locations.

Qualifications

• Extremely detail‑oriented with high accuracy in admin work
• Highly organized with strong time‑management
• Able to follow procedures while suggesting improvements
• Discreet with access to confidential employee information

Responsibilities

• Create and post job ads; manage sponsorships and tracking
• Maintain offer letter templates and HR system access
• Send offer letters and launch onboarding workflows; enter new hires in Paylocity
• Maintain employee records and compliance reporting
• Coordinate Club Connect CPR setup and tracking
• Support ordering and maintenance parts; attend company meetings
• Assist with member document management and club systems workflows
