• Create and post job ads; manage sponsorships and tracking.
• Maintain offer letter templates and onboarding workflows.
• Enter new hires into Paylocity and initiate Welcome Packets.
• Maintain employee records and compliance reporting.
• Support HR, Club Operations, and Club Systems administration as needed.
