• Ability to manage multiple projects and people with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Direct employment activities, ensuring qualified candidates are recruited and hired timely.
• Oversee wage and salary administration and performance appraisal programs.
• Lead payroll processing on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
• Develop and supervise training programs and safety initiatives.
• Conduct investigations of employee concerns and issues.
• Maintain records and reports for HR functions and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate policies and programs to all employees and support a union-free environment.
