• Must communicate clearly, exercise judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Direct employment activities, ensuring qualified employees are recruited and hired promptly.
• Ensure policies and programs are understood and administered consistently; disseminate communication to all employees.
• Oversee HR programs through HR staff and monitor welfare plans, pensions, life insurance, and health care programs.
• Administer wage and salary administration and performance appraisal programs for exempt and nonexempt staff; review salary ranges annually for equity.
• Oversee payroll processing on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
• Review and approve management recommendations for terminations and maintain HR records and reports.
• Keep executive team informed of significant issues affecting company goals and line-management issues.
• Develop and supervise training programs; conduct supervisory training as needed.
• Lead implementation of safety and health programs; monitor OSHA data.
