Responsabilidades

• Direct employment activities and ensure qualified hires in a timely manner.
• Communicate policies and programs to all employees.
• Oversee HR programs and payroll administration.
• Review wage ranges and internal/external equity annually.
• Lead payroll processing on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and incident tracking.
• Investigate employee concerns and grievances.
• Maintain HR records and reports.
