The role leads HR staff, ensures wage structures and performance reviews, oversees payroll, investigations, employee communications, and records maintenance to support a union-free, compliant workplace.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR; 5–10 years progressive HR leadership experience.
• Specialized training in employment law, compensation, employee relations, safety, and training preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing.
• Strong confidentiality and judgment in people-oriented matters.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Direct employment activities and ensure timely recruitment of qualified staff.
• Ensure policies and programs are understood and communicated to all employees.
• Oversee HR programs through HR staff; monitor welfare plans and payroll accuracy.
• Administer wage and salary, performance appraisals, and annual equity reviews.
• Oversee payroll processing weekly/bi-weekly.
• Review terminations and maintain HR records and reports.
• Inform executives of significant problems impacting goals.
• Develop and supervise training programs and safety initiatives.
• Lead OSH/safety program implementation and OSHA data tracking.
• Investigate employee concerns and maintain open communication channels.
