• Administer wage/salary programs and annual salary reviews for equity.
• Oversee payroll processing on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
• Review and approve management recommendations for terminations.
• Maintain records and reports for HR functions.
• Keep executives informed of significant HR issues.
• Develop and supervise training programs and safety initiatives.
• Lead safety/health program implementations and OSHA data tracking.
• Handle investigations of employee concerns and complaints.
• Manage employee communications and feedback channels.
• Direct development of employee communication and community relations programs.
