• Lead payroll processing on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
• Supervise HR staff and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and supervise training programs for supervisory staff.
• Monitor OSHA data and safety program implementation.
• Investigate employee concerns and maintain records and reports.
