Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services seeks a Life Cycle Coordinator to support onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and benefits processes across IL centers. You will manage HRIS data, ensure compliance with HIPAA/EEO/ADA, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities include processing status changes, maintaining training records, and aiding payroll initiatives. Remote work possible after training; strong organization and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ months experience in a human resource coordinator or specialist role.
• Experience with onboarding, orientation and offboarding strongly preferred.
• Must be able to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Understanding of State and Federal policies, such as HIPAA, EEO and ADA.
• Ability to work independently with changing priorities in a fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities

• Schedule onboarding documents and remote orientation, including I-9 verifications and compliance testing.
• Support background screens and onboarding compliance.
• Process status changes in HRIS and related systems; communicate with department heads.
• Maintain online training records (HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogen, Mandated Reporter, Sexual Harassment).
• Educate newly hired employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Input new hires into HRIS and peripheral software; support integration projects.
• Maintain and audit personnel files and uploaded documents.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and stay interviews.
• Prepare anniversary certificates and distribute gifts; assist HR staff.
• Assist with payroll initiatives and other duties as assigned.
