Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services is seeking a Life Cycle Coordinator to provide administrative HR support across onboarding, orientation, offboarding and payroll tasks.

You will maintain personnel files, enter data in the HRIS, ensure HIPAA/EEOC/ADA compliance and assist with employee engagement and benefits distribution. This is a full-time role based in Illinois with potential remote work after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; HR management preferred.
• 12+ months of experience in an HR coordinator or specialist role.
• Experience with onboarding, orientation and offboarding is strongly preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Knowledge of state and federal policies (HIPAA, EEO, ADA).
• Payroll experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and create onboarding documents; conduct remote orientation and compliance testing.
• Support background checks and onboarding compliance.
• Process status changes in systems and communicate with department heads.
• Maintain online training (HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogen, Mandated Reporter, Harassment) in the platform.
• Educate new hires on HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain HRIS entries and support integration projects.
