Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services seeks a Life Cycle Coordinator to provide administrative HR support across multiple centers with a flexible, hybrid work arrangement. The role includes onboarding, orientation, offboarding, benefits administration and maintaining personnel records in the HRIS.

You will handle payroll-related tasks, ensure confidentiality, and uphold HIPAA and ADA compliance while collaborating with HR leadership to meet departmental needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Human Resource Management strongly preferred.
• 12+ months experience in a human resource coordinator or specialist role required.
• Experience with orientation, onboarding and offboarding strongly preferred.
• Must be able to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Understanding of State and Federal policies such as HIPAA, EEO and ADA.
• Ability to work with changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, assist and create onboarding documents and conduct remote orientation.
• Supports background screens and ensures onboarding compliance.
• Process status changes in HRIS and communicate with department heads.
• Maintain online training modules (HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogen, Mandated Reporter, Sexual Harassment).
• Educate new hires on HR policies and internal procedures.
• Oversee and input new hires in HRIS and related software; support integration projects.
• Maintain and audit personnel digital files and upload documents to files.
• Support employee engagement activities and welcome initiatives.
• Assist payroll initiatives and other HR duties as assigned.
