Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services is seeking a Life Cycle Coordinator to provide administrative HR support across onboarding, orientation, offboarding and benefits. The role involves maintaining personnel files, data entry in HRIS, and ensuring compliance with I-9, HIPAA, and ADA regulations.

The position requires 12+ months of HR experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR or related field.
• Experience with onboarding, orientation and offboarding preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, EEO and ADA policies.
• Experience using HRIS systems and payroll basics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule onboarding activities and create onboarding documents.
• Conduct remote orientation and verify I-9 compliance.
• Support HR tasks: onboarding, orientation, engagement, benefits, and records.
• Maintain personnel files and HRIS data entries.
• Assist with payroll initiatives and regulatory documentation.
• Support department leaders and respond to inquiries.
