Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply seeks a Talent Specialist to support daily HR operations at the Distribution Center in Cartersville, GA. The role ensures a responsive workforce and helps administer reward/benefit systems while collaborating with the Talent Leader and leadership team to drive talent strategy and culture.

Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment, maintaining records, enabling onboarding, handling employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of HR-related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of general HR policies, procedures, and practices.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across operations.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Understanding of labor legislation.
• Experience in recruiting and developing a diverse team.
• English communication reading/writing/speaking at a functional level.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Leader in recruitment initiatives and interview logistics.
• Maintain HR records in the HR system and provide data insights.
• Drive employee engagement and promote Chick-fil-A Supply values of care, safety and excellence.
• Advise on employment law, performance management, and policies.
• Run payroll administration and resolve issues for staff and leaders.
• Ensure legal compliance with federal and state requirements.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and training sessions.
• Support future DC openings with onboarding and temporary talent.
• Perform other duties as needed.
