Chick-fil-A Supply seeks an experienced HR Leader to stand up and manage human resources for a new distribution center in Cartersville, GA. You will guide performance management, safety, engagement, and workforce development while shaping policies and benefits for a growing facility.

• Experience leading HR in distribution or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across multiple operations.
• Ability to navigate challenging situations with honor and respect.
• Strong business communication and presentation skills.
• Experience conducting investigations including accidents and harassment.
• Experience recruiting and developing a diverse team.
• Ability to lead through change management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• English communication skills to follow instructions and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Support the GM with guidance on performance management, problem solving, and HR policies including FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation.
• Execute recruitment and retention initiatives aligned to the DC's broader business goals.
• Partner with the CFA Inc. legal team to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements, and advise DC leaders on employment law and government regulations.
• Implement and oversee performance review and incentive programs within the DC.
• Drive progress toward KPI targets related to attrition, employee engagement, and safety.
• Lead the employee engagement strategy across all departments of the DC.
• Support DC growth and future openings through interviews, training and onboarding, and temporary talent support when needed.
• Provide employee relations support for distribution center staff, maintaining a positive, service-focused mindset.
• Collaborate with the CFA Supply Senior Leadership Team, CFA Inc. Supply Chain, Operators, and business partners to strengthen alignment and collaboration.
• Recruit, train, and develop a strong team.
• Complete other activities deemed valuable by the organization.
