Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Human Resources Intern to provide administrative support and gain exposure to HR duties. You will assist with onboarding, recruitment tracking in HRIS, data integrity, and benefits inquiries. The role emphasizes communication, organization, and accuracy within a fast-paced environment.

The internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, data management, and employee relations, with opportunities to learn employment laws and collaborate across HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of basic employment laws and regulations as they relate to HR.
• Scan and organize documents into electronic files.
• Assist with data analysis and data integrity across systems.
• Update HRIS and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with recruitment, tracking candidates in HRIS.
• Help with onboarding, orientation, and training coordination for new hires.
• Assist with basic benefits administration and inquiries.
• Prepare and send correspondence as requested.
• Adhere to safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform related duties as required.
