Job summary

Team Housing Solutions, Inc. is seeking an HR Operations & Technology Specialist to oversee HRIS administration, employee data integrity, onboarding/offboarding, benefits and payroll data, and compliance. The role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance and external vendors to deliver a seamless employee experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HR with Paycom experience, strong data skills, and a commitment to process improvement within a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Paycom preferred.
• HR technology certification(s) helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HRIS administrator and system SME.
• Maintain and audit employee records and org structures.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and personnel actions.
• Support benefits, leave, and payroll data processing.
• Generate routine and ad hoc HR reports for analytics.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and vendors for data integrity.
