Job summary

Paycom - ATS HR Specialist role responsible for recruitment, benefits administration, payroll, and annual evaluations, coordinating with department managers to plan and track training and certifications.

Responsible for policy enforcement, attendance, and safety compliance, plus participating in quarterly reviews and performance appraisals to develop talent and sustain a compliant, productive workforce.

Responsibilities

• Hire the most talented candidates for all functions.
• Manage benefit administration to include medical coverage, life insurance, 401(k) and company matching.
• Administers payroll and PDO earned.
• Responsible for requisition management and recruitment.
• Accountable for personnel hiring and separations.
• Work with leaders to proactively manage the staffing, movement and development of talent.
• Assist supervisors in the handling of personnel issues.
• Address failures to comply and follow procedures with regard to attendance, uniform code, protective gear, safety rules, GMP violations.
• Contribute to personnel quarterly reviews and annual performance appraisals.
• Manage the plant attendance policy.
• Work with each department to coordinate, schedule, and track employee training/certification.
• Cross Training and rotations.
• Work with consulting agencies to bring in contract workers.
• Measure company morale, and create a positive working environment.
• Oversee the development of resource talents, skills, and abilities to achieve organizational goals.
• Work with outside legal and resources, to stay current on laws and regulations.
• Prioritize critical projects based on business need and available resources.
• Ensures all Company HR related policies are applied consistently.
• Ensures compliance with all federal and state laws.
