Job summary

SwiftX Inc. invites an HR Intern to support recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates, working closely with operations to meet evolving staffing needs and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.

You will assist with onboarding, track data in ATS, and help produce recruitment metrics while supporting HR operations and basic administrative tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 0–2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment including postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
• Collaborate with operations to understand hiring needs and fulfill staffing requirements.
• Manage relationships with staffing agencies and external recruiting partners.
• Source candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels; maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Support onboarding and maintain accurate candidate data in ATS; monitor metrics.
