Job summary

SwiftX Inc. is seeking an HR Intern to support recruitment and talent acquisition in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates while partnering with operations to fulfill staffing needs.

You will also assist with onboarding, HR operations, and basic payroll/timekeeping tasks, contributing to a smooth candidate experience and accurate HR records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field required.
• 0-2 years of HR or administrative experience expected.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment: postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection.
• Collaborate with operations to understand hiring needs and timelines.
• Manage relationships with staffing agencies and partners.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate scheduling and communication for interviews.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Track candidate data in ATS and contribute to reporting.
• Assist with payroll coordination, timekeeping, and HR tasks as needed.
