Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain a professional, positive attitude.
• Must pass e-Verify background check and drug/alcohol screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job postings on various platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Participate in conducting initial phone interviews.
• Support onboarding for new hires and orientation sessions.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with high accuracy.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality in all HR-related matters.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Support HR initiatives to improve morale and workplace culture.
• Identify training needs and help organize training sessions.
• Assist in maintaining training records and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Participate in HR projects and research best practices.
