Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking an HR Generalist to administer daily HR functions, including policies, procedures, HSE, recruitment, onboarding, leaves, relations, and benefits enrollment, in a manufacturing environment.

You will use Workday and TCP to process payroll, leaves, and status changes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. A minimum of 2+ years in HR is required, with a collaborative approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR or related experience.
• Experience in safety, recruiting, onboarding, orientation, training, employee relations and payroll.
• Knowledge of relevant labor laws and compliance.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily HR functions: policies, procedures, HSE, hourly recruitment and staffing, employee relations, leaves of absence and benefits enrollment.
• Conduct HR generalist activities in safety, recruiting, selection, onboarding, orientation, training, employee relations, engagement and payroll.
• Assist with communication and enrollment of benefits, safety and wellness programs with related departments.
• Support continuous improvement in HR functions to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Utilize Workday, TCP, and other HRIS to administer payroll, wage changes, leaves, and status updates.
• Assist in FMLA, disability and other leaves of absence programs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws; promote open communication and accessibility for employees.
• Maintain professional affiliations and participate in continuous learning and compliance initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
