Job summary

You will ensure compliance with employment laws, support organizational effectiveness, and help foster a positive workplace culture while managing confidential information with integrity. This role offers visibility across operations and collaboration with manufacturing teams to optimize people

Qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources in a manufacturing facility.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). Experience with Paylocity preferred.
• Knowledge of employment & labor laws including FMLA, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation policies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates.
• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration into the organization.
• Administer employee evaluations, and performance management initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with employment & labor law standards such as FMLA and OSHA, and workers' compensation regulations.
• Support benefits administration activities, including enrollment and related tasks.
