Job summary

Snap-on Corporation, headquartered in Kenosha, WI, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support for corporate functions including Finance, IT, Marketing, Legal, and Innovation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 4+ years HR experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and leave administration.
• HRIS and applicant tracking systems knowledge (iCIMS and ADP preferred).
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with timeliness and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Maintain confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams on employee relations and support the recruitment process for open positions.
• Administer leave of absence, FMLA, and accommodation processes
• Serve as point of contact for human resources questions from associates
• Provide administrative support for associate immigration processes and visas
• Administer the LERN training process and work with Legal to make required annual updates
• Support the annual affirmative action plan process, including reporting and compliance audits
• Collaborate with HR team on creating the annual summer internship program
• Plan and administer several corporate and community engagement programs and events
• Attend university career fairs, on-site and virtual, representing Snap-on and connect with students for internships and entry-level opportunities
• Other duties as needed
