Job summary

Addison Group is partnering with an established organization in New Hampshire seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support recruiting, benefits administration, HRIS, and ongoing HR programs in a collaborative, confidential environment.

You will interact with employees and leadership, manage multiple HR projects, help design improvements, and ensure compliant processes in this hybrid, full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Generalist work.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with HRIS, employee benefits, compliance, and programs.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a hybrid, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting from postings to onboarding.
• Support benefits administration including enrollments and questions.
• Coordinate leave-related processes and document maintenance.
• Maintain employee data and HR transactions in the HRIS.
• Assist with annual HR initiatives like performance management and surveys.
• Support HR compliance, audits, reporting, and records.
• Serve as a resource on HR policies, programs and benefits.
• Partner with HR on special projects and process improvements.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
