Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to manage daily HR operations focused on recruitment and payroll. You will handle confidential employee records and support the HR team with onboarding and benefits processing.

You will assist in hiring, screening applicants, maintaining HRIS data, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws while supporting training, performance management, and employee inquiries.

• Provides employee relations support and customer service to staff and management.
• Coordinates training, onboarding, and performance management documentation.
