Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of HR experience, generalist role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; discretion with sensitive information.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HR contact for policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Guide managers on employee-related matters and resolve concerns.
• Administer leave programs (FMLA and other leaves) and ensure compliance.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and internship programs; coordinate interviews.
• Draft company-wide HR communications and policy updates.
• Update HR policies and handbook; identify process improvements.
