Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a growing healthcare workforce. The role covers employee relations, recruiting, compliance, HR administration, and lifecycle activities, with travel to other locations as needed.

The candidate should be organized, personable, and discreet when handling confidential information. The position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), a salary in the mid $60Ks, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; an associate degree may be considered with experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience in an HR Generalist or similar broad HR role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HR audits to ensure records are accurate and compliant.
• Manage recruiting activity through an ATS and monitor open positions.
• Partner with leaders to address recruitment challenges and maintain pipelines.
• Provide guidance on employee lifecycle, compensation, development, and org changes.
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR questions.
• Assist with employee relations, documentation, and policy guidance.
• Prepare and organize confidential HR documentation.
• Respond to unemployment claims and employment verifications.
• Maintain HRIS data including compensation and reporting relationships.
