Job summary

Addison Group in Salem, NH is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a broad range of day-to-day HR functions, with a strong focus on recruiting, employee support, benefits administration, HR systems, and ongoing HR programs. This is a hands-on role for someone who collaborates with employees and managers across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years HR experience, 3+ years full-cycle recruiting, HRIS/ATS experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including a Generalist role.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting benefits, HRIS, compliance, and employee programs.
• Experience with an HRIS and applicant tracking system.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting from postings through onboarding.
• Support benefits administration and enrollments.
• Coordinate leave-related processes and documentation.
• Maintain employee data in the HRIS and process HR transactions.
• Assist with annual HR initiatives and performance processes.
