Reyes Holdings is seeking an HR Generalist to support the local HR team with employee record administration, policy interpretation, interviews, and training while assisting in compensation and benefits programs.

This role manages day-to-day employee relations, ensures regulatory compliance, reduces legal risk, and supports HR workstreams across all levels, including recruitment, investigations, and engagement initiatives, while staying current on laws and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience, or HS diploma with 5 to 7+ years of specific experience.
• Master's Degree preferred to advance HR practices and policy interpretation.

Responsabilités

• Support the local HR team with employee record administration and compliance.
• Assist in day-to-day employee management and HR compliance initiatives.
• Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, and training.
• Develop and maintain employee relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Resolve complex problems using HR knowledge and participate in HR workstream projects.
• Stay current with HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.
