Reyes Holdings is seeking an HR Generalist to support the local HR team with employee record administration, policy interpretation, and training initiatives across the organization in Stockton, CA. The role engages in interviews, supports compensation, benefits, and development programs, and collaborates with leaders from frontline to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience or HS diploma with 5–7+ years of specific experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and compliance.
• Experience administering compensation, benefits, and training programs.

Responsabilités

• Support HR team with employee record administration and policy interpretation.
• Assist in day-to-day employee management and HR compliance initiatives.
• Administer HR programs, including compensation, benefits, and training.
• Develop relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Resolve HR issues and participate in HR projects.
