Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking an HR Generalist to support the local HR team with employee records, compliance, interviewing, and training. You will assist in day-to-day employee management, help reduce legal risk, and administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, and training.

Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization and stay current with HR trends and laws. Responsibilities include handling employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and participating in HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
• Master's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Support HR team with employee record administration and policy interpretation
• Assist in day-to-day employee management and compliance initiatives
• Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, and training
• Develop and maintain employee relationships at all levels
• Resolve complex HR problems and support engagement through interviews
• Stay current with HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies
• Other duties as assigned
