Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking an HR Generalist to support the local HR team in employee records, compliance, training, and interviewing. The role provides policy guidance to employees and contributes to HR programs including compensation and benefits.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience or a HS diploma with 5–7+ years of experience; a Master’s degree is preferred. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support the local HR team with employee record administration and policy guidance.
• Assist in day-to-day employee management and HR compliance initiatives.
• Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, and training.
• Develop and maintain employee relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Resolve complex problems using HR knowledge and support engagement through interviews.
• Stay current with HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
