Job summary

Three Rivers Construction is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources and office administration. You will maintain accurate records, provide employee services, and apply consistent HR practices under supervision.

You will help with recruitment, onboarding, compliance, performance processes, and workplace communication while handling sensitive information with discretion and working independently as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accurate record-keeping, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience: at least three years in an HR Generalist role; certification preferred.
• Comfort with benefit leave administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR correspondence, records, files, appointments, and invoices while maintaining confidentiality.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Conduct orientation and training for new hires and assist with performance management processes.
