Bouten Construction Company is seeking an Human Resources Generalist in Spokane, WA, for a January 2027 hire. You will recruit, onboard, and support HR programs, partnering with leaders and departments to ensure compliant, positive employee experiences.

You will handle full-cycle recruitment, onboarding coordination, HR administration, and employee communications while maintaining confidential records and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred and/or three to five years HR experience.
• Recruiting experience covering full recruitment lifecycle including postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions from posting to candidate selection.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, reference checks, and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate offer letters, background checks, drug screenings, union paperwork, and employment documentation.
• Support career fairs, university recruiting, trade events and other talent initiatives.
• Maintain recruiting data and HRIS/ATS metrics.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding and orientation with hiring managers and departments.
• Administer employment paperwork, benefits enrollment, and union eligibility.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and payroll systems.
• Monitor onboarding progress and ensure a seamless experience.
