Job summary

Manufacturing Inc is seeking an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR administration, payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and employee records. You’ll partner with our Recruiter on new-hire onboarding and help navigate day-to-day employee relations across departments in a manufacturing setting.

As an HR Generalist‑level contributor, you will maintain accurate records, administer benefits, process payroll, manage workers' compensation, and assist with DOT filings and fleet documentation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an HR Coordinator, Generalist, or HR Assistant in fast-paced environments.
• Solid knowledge of HR practices, payroll processing, and benefits coordination.
• Experience handling workers' compensation claims and employee relations guidance.
• Ability to collaborate with a Recruiter for smooth onboarding.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and administrative skills; proficient with HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire paperwork; liaise with Recruiter on start dates.
• Maintain accurate employee records; process changes and final documentation.
• Administer benefits inquiries and enroll staff in plans.
• Compile and submit payroll data; ensure timely processing and reporting.
• Oversee workers' compensation tracking and claims documentation.
• Support DOT filings and Fleet documentation; manage compliance tasks.
• Track vacation, billing, and cross-functional operational support.
