Job summary

qcairport is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS management. This role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to operate with independent judgment within regulatory guidelines.

The HR Generalist will coordinate the full employee lifecycle, administer benefits, manage leave programs, and contribute to compliance initiatives while supporting organizational effectiveness and employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Significant HR experience including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave management, safety, compliance, and HRIS.
• Strong MS Office skills and HRIS experience required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for policies, benefits, leave programs, HRIS, and related matters.
• Guide employees and supervisors in interpreting HR policies and benefit plans.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Administer benefit programs and enrollments; liaison with carriers and vendors.
• Manage FMLA leaves, HRIS data, reporting, and compliance tasks.
