Job summary

Impact Recruitment Ltd is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as the primary contact for employees and managers on HR matters, delivering guidance, resolution, and high customer service. You will manage onboarding, performance cycles, benefits support, and HR communications to support a compliant, efficient workplace.

Responsibilities include coaching managers, policy interpretation, and investigations, while ensuring data integrity in UKG and other HR systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR support role.
• Solid understanding of HR practices across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, providing guidance and timely resolution.
• Administer and support core HR programs including open enrollment, performance management, compliance training, merit reviews, PTO, benefits, and HR communications.
• Partner with managers to support employee relations, including coaching, policy interpretation, performance concerns, and investigations.
