Job summary

Search Solution Group is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to support the Senior Human Resources Manager in managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, offboarding, compliance, and employee development.

This role will play an important part in ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining accurate records and compliance with employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of human resources experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the onboarding process from offer acceptance to successful integration.
• Support payroll processing and related HR administration.
• Maintain accurate employee HR files in compliance with retention requirements.
• Respond to employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors.
• Participate in employee disciplinary meetings and workplace investigations.
• Own and coordinate termination and offboarding processes.
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
